-- DESHAWN A. FOREMAN, 17, of 220 Cherry St., Janesville, at 12:50 p.m. Thursday at the corner of Linn Street and Rockport Road, Janesville, on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, felony receiving stolen property and littering. The property was the 9 mm handgun police accused him of carrying.

Accidents

-- COURT STREET AT PEARL STREET, JANESVILLE, at 5:03 p.m., Thursday, when a vehicle took down two utility poles, hit the concrete steps at a house and then hit a tree. The driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries and arrested on a charge of intoxicated driving. The man's identity was not immediately available.

-- WRIGHT ROAD NEAR STUART STREET, JANESVILLE, at 7:26 p.m. Sunday, when a bicycle ridden by Gregory A. Hill, 46, of 944 N. Wright Road, No. 8, struck the side of an SUV driven by Andrew J. Weiler, 36, of 640 N. Wright Road, Janesville. Hill was in stable condition Thursday at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center. Weiler said Hill suddenly cut across the road. No citations were issued, but the report faults Hill for failure to yield the right of way and being impaired by alcohol.
