Racine man facing 26 counts relating to child sexual abuse

RACINE--A 28-year-old Racine man who frequently offered to babysit the children of his classmates at Gateway Technical College in Racine is facing 26 counts related to the sexual abuse of a child, according to a report by Fox6News.
Police are still trying to determine how many children Alexander Richter may have victimized, but know of two—ages 5 and 7—so far.
When police arrested Richter on Nov. 9, they found evidence of child pornography.
Richter’s bail is set at $500Kk. He is scheduled to appear in court next week.
