LAKE GENEVA--A man stole an unknown amount of cash in a Lake Geneva bank robbery Thursday night, according to a police news release.

Lake Geneva Police responded to Associated Bank, 100 E. Geneva Square, for a robbery at 5:52 p.m. Thursday, according to the release.

The robber was described as a white male between the ages of 45 and 55, according to the release. He was between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighed between 230 and 265 pounds, and had a trimmed beard. He wore a gray baseball cap, glasses and a tan collared shirt. He had a white mask over the lower half of his face.

The suspect fled the bank on foot and left northbound from the parking lot in a red vehicle, according to the release. The suspect made off with an undetermined amount of money.
