'Big dog' coming to Walworth County

WALWORTH COUNTY--Oscar Mayer is bringing the big dog to Walworth County this weekend.

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will make stops in Delavan, Lake Geneva and Walworth. Driver Kevin "Bacon Bits" Jacobson notes in an email release that stops will feature staged events, including a distribution of Oscar Mayer wiener whistles. Jacobsen said drivers also will take free pictures with families in front of the Wienermobile. The photos will be converted to digital postcards that can be sent out via email or text.

This weekends stops include:

Fri., July 13

10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Wal-Mart, 1819 E. Geneva St., Delavan

Fri., July 13

2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Wal-Mart, 201 S. Edwards Blvd., Lake Geneva

Sat., July 14

11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sentry Foods, 681 Kenosha St., Walworth
