— Big Foot High School in Walworth was the site of the 2012 Rock Valley Honors Band Jan. 21.

Over 80 students from the Rock Valley Conference came together in the all-day clinic, which concluded with a free concert performance in the Big Foot High School Auditorium, which was open to the public.

Students worked with guest conductor Doug Orzolek from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.

Participating high schools included Beloit-Turner, Big Foot, Brodhead, Clinton, Edgerton, Evansville, McFarland, Palmyra-Eagle, Parkview and Whitewater.
