— Two Lake Geneva residents were arrested and jailed in Nebraska, after they were found with 4.8 pounds of marijuana, according to a story in the Kearney Hub.

A Nebraska State Patrol trooper, spotting a license plate obstruction, stopped a vehicle going eastbound on Interstate 80 near Kearney, Neb., late Sunday night. During the stop, the trooper noticed a jar of what looked like marijuana on the floor of the front passenger seat.

According to a State Patrol release, when the trooper searched the car, he found 4.8 pounds of marijuana in the back seat.

The driver of the car, Jenna Gough, 23, and her passenger, Ryne Harwick, 25, are both of Lake Geneva. The release said both were arrested and taken to the Buffalo County Jail on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
