-- LEEANDO O. BRAXTON, 38, of 1551 S. Chatham St., Janesville, at 11:15 p.m. Monday at the Rock County Jail on a charge of substantial battery. He is accused of fighting with a 32-year-old inmate at the Rock County Jail. The victim required stitches.
-- AMANDA R. RANCHEL, 32, of 115 Coralberry Court, Edgerton, at 11:52 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Rock County Jail on a charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety/disorderly conduct.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- HEATHER C. HAUGER, 27, of 3121 Wellington Place, Janesville, at 5:43 a.m. Tuesday at Beloit Memorial Hospital, Beloit. She was arrested after police saw her driving the wrong way on Interstate 90/39 in Beloit. She also was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without the owner's consent.
