Arrests
-- JUSTIN M. NEWCOMB, 19, of 461 Gilbert St., Footville, at 12:44 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 11 near Roherty Road in the town of Center on a felony charge of possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrests followed a traffic stop.
-- PRESTON T. MARCHAN, 18, of 120 N. River St., No. 206, Janesville, at 11:15 p.m. Sunday outside his residence on a felony charge of abuse of a child. He is accused of biting a 16-year-old Janesville girl.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- SPENCER W. O'MEARA, 22, of 2223 Cedar Pointe Drive, Janesville, at 10:15 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of West State Street, Janesville.
-- JAVIER BOLANOS, 30, of 654 Eighth St., Beloit, at 3:18 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 90/39 south of Racine Street in Janesville. It was listed as his third arrest on an intoxicated driving charge. He also was arrested for operating after revocation and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

-- BURGLARY reported at 2:12 p.m. Thursday in the 17000 block of West Croft Road in the town of Union. A storage shed was entered and a chain saw and gas can with a combined value of $62 were reported stolen.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 14 EAST OF PONTIAC DRIVE, Janesville, at 1:29 p.m. Saturday. A westbound vehicle driven by Michael J. Richardson, 45, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 1045, was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Theresa M. White, 50, 405 Cross St., Clinton. Richardson was transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, where he was treated and released. White was ticketed for following too closely.
-- HIGHWAY 59 EAST OF BERG ROAD, town of Lima, at 2:32 p.m. Thursday. A vehicle driven by Robert C. Koenitzer, 85, of 315 N. George St., Whitewater, left the road, entered a ditch and overturned. Koenitzer was transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, where he was treated and released. He was cited for failure to have control of a vehicle.
-- HIGHWAY 213 SOUTH OF COUNTY M, town of Magnolia, at 1:33 p.m. Dec. 10. A vehicle driven by Caitlin Oftedahl, 21, of 414 Almeron St., Evansville, left the road, struck a utility pole and turned onto its side, sustaining severe damage. Sheriff's reports indicated Oftedahl was transported to a hospital, but her condition was not available.

-- CHRISTOPHER B. ASH, 26, of 478 N. Terrace St., Janesville, with party to burglary, party to theft and obstructing. Each charge is listed as a repeat offense. Ash is accused of taking a welder on Oct. 6 from a home in the 300 block of South Pearl Street, Janesville.
-- DAVID J. GONZALES, 26, 4700 E. Highway 14, No. 12, Janesville, with felony possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of being in possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 11:25 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of East Racine Street, Janesville. He was arrested after a neighbor reported seeing a suspicious person behind a business in the area.
-- AARON M. DAVIS, 17, of 24 W. Evergreen Lane, Milton, with substantial battery and disorderly conduct. He is accused of injuring a 17-year-old Milton boy in a fight in July in Schilberg Park on High Street in Milton.
-- DANIELLE L. TREZEK, 25, of 2633 N. Lexington Drive, No. 13, Janesville, with felony bail jumping. She is accused of failing to appear Dec. 6 in Rock County Court in a felony theft case.
-- PHILLIP G. ROBINSON, 43, Chicago, with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and being a dealer in possession of a controlled substance without a tax stamp. A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper reported finding 145 grams of cocaine in the trunk of Robinson's car after stopping him for speeding on Dec. 12 on Interstate 90/39 in Janesville.
-- CECIL J. FAUST, 20, of 1253 Ninth St., Beloit, with party to armed robbery and GARRETT A. TURNER, 20, of 2220 West Grand Ave., Beloit, with armed robbery. They are accused of forcing a man to give them a cell phone and $50 on Oct. 27 near the intersection of Masters Street and Forest Avenue in the town of Beloit. The victim reported he heard and saw a handgun.
-- CONNIE R. MOORE, 45, of 732 Ellendale Road, Edgerton, with operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent. She is accused of driving a roommate's van without permission on Nov. 9. The van was found at a rest area along Interstate 90/39 after a crash in the town of Milton.
-- DAVID C. HENDRICKSON, 51, Eagle, with felony bail jumping. He is accused violating the terms of bail after being charged with causing injury by intoxicated driving and fleeing after an Oct. 14 traffic crash near Janesville.
