— Keith Stewart MAI will join the Janesville office of L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates, Inc. Feb. 1, 2013.

“Keith will be a great fit with our firm. He has very similar interests, motivations and lifestyles as the rest of our staff,” said Linn A. Duesterbeck, president of L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates, Inc. “He has many skills and much experience. We look forward to him coming on board.”

Stewart co-founded Stewart Real Estate, Inc. in Wheaton, Ill, in 1998, where he serves as president. There, he's specialized in the appraisal of retail, office, industrial, apartment and mixed-use properties throughout the Chicago area.

A certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Illinois, Stewart has earned his MAI from the Appraisal Institute.

L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates is the largest commercial real estate appraisal firm in Wisconsin, with 12 appraisers and offices in Janesville, Appleton and Racine, servicing broad areas of Wisconsin and portions of Illinois and Michigan. It was founded in 1973 by Linn A. Duesterbeck, MAI, owner and president.
