Enger, Schahczinski power Elkhorn

Elkhorn High used the one-two punch of Nicole Enger and Erin Schahczinski to pound Delavan-Darien, 55-37, Tuesday in Southern Lakes Conference girls basketball.

Enger scored 10 of her 18 points in the first half to lead Elkhorn to a 27-21 lead at the half. Schahczinski scored 10 of her 16 points in the second half to help seal the victory.

Karina Reeves scored 15 points for Badger. Kari Clements scored a game-high 25 points for Wilmot.
