— A former Big Brother charged with repeated sexual assault of two boys has asked for a hearing to decide if he must submit to an HIV test requested by the state.

At his arraignment hearing Wednesday morning at the Walworth County Judicial Center, Rodney J. Meiller, the former president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rock Walworth and Jefferson Counties, entered a not guilty plea to each of three counts of repeated sexual assault against a child.

The 51-year-old Elkhorn resident is charged with two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child and one count of repeated sexual assault of the same child. He is accused of having sex with two boys, ages 11 and 14.

A hearing is set for Sept. 20.
