ELKHORN--More and more, the Walworth County Fairgrounds, 411 E. Court St., Elkhorn, are looking ready for opening day of the 163rd Walworth County Fair on Wed., Aug. 29.

Meanwhile, Walworth County 4H junior department judging continues this weekend:

Sat., Aug. 25

8 a.m., Horse/Pony/Miniature Horse Show, Horse Arena

Sun., Aug. 26

8 a.m., Horse/Pony/Miniature Horse Show (continued), Horse Arena

9:30 a.m., Swine breeding stock, Swine Barn

1-1:30 p.m., Beef carcass weigh-in, Activity Center

2 p.m., Beef carcass live show, Activity Center
