Music video filming in Delavan looking for extras

DELAVAN--Want to be an extra (nonpaid) in a local music video?

Area musician Jeff Dixon will be filming a music video in downtown Delavan and at the Lake Lawn Resort Mon., Aug. 27.

The video will be using local area residents as nonpaid extras for the downtown street scenes.

According to a news release from the production company, Future Sound Entertainment LLC “interested persons from ages 18 to 100” can submit a photo to Jdixonfuturesound@gmail.com by Fri., Aug. 24 or contact Future Sound Entertainment by email for more information.

Dixon, originally from California, has lived in Wisconsin for the past 15 years and plans to highlight Delavan’s hometown feel, beautiful lakeside and Lake Lawn Resort in this project.

The director, Sean Babas, has produced videos that have aired on BET, E! and MTV.

The city of Delavan’s general operations committee has approved closing sections of Wisconsin Highway 11 and redirecting traffic during the filming of this project.
