Students in Mike Lorenz’s social studies classes were treated to Civil War re-enactment demonstrations by local resident and Civil War enthusiast Ken Monroe on Sept. 13th. Students were able to learn about the Civil War up close with presentations complete with uniforms, weaponry and other memorabilia.

The DBA is seeking a drawing, painting, photo, etc. to be used to create a Delavan Christmas Card. Artwork should relate to Delavan and have been created in the last two years. Keep in mind that Bradley’s is celebrating their 160th anniversary this year and the artwork will be used for a Christmas card.
