Google maps out Old World Wisconsin

EAGLE -- Old World Wisconsin, the outdoor historical museum in Eagle opened its gates Monday to the Google Maps team so the group could collect street-view images for use in Google maps. The Internet search filmed the museum grounds at street level using a special tricycle with a camera mounted on top. When completed, images of the museum’s road and farmstead will allow Google Maps users to take a virtual walk through the museum’s grounds.
