When will Rep. Paul Ryan's mobile office be in my community?

LAKE GENEVA — Staff members from Rep. Paul Ryan's office will be traveling throughout the 1st Congressional District in June meeting with constituents in the congressman's mobile office.

The first stops will be May 18, 2011 in Lake Geneva, Williams Bay and Genoa City

At each scheduled stop, a representative from Rep. Ryan’s office will be available to meet with area residents.

The Mobile Office provides resources to local residents and works to serve communities without permanent congressional offices. Since 1999, the Mobile Office has made approximately 2,500 visits to area communities.

“I need to hear from and be accessible to my employers in Wisconsin’s 1st District and the mobile office helps me do this," Ryan was quoted as saying in a news release.

East Troy: Wednesday, June 29 from noon to 1 p.m., Thursday, June 2 from 11 to noon, and Thursdays, June 23, and July 14 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., East Troy Village Square.

Elkhorn: Thursdays, June 2, June 23, and July 14 from 9 to 10:30 a.m., street parking on Broad Street (1 block past the Elkhorn City Hall, which is located at 9 Broad Street, south of the Elkhorn Fire Station).

Delavan: Thursdays, June 9, June 30, and July 21 from 3 to 4 p.m., parking outside the Aram Public Library, 404 East Walworth Avenue.

Darien: Thursdays, June 9, June 30, and July 21 from 1:30-2:30pm street parking outside the Darien Village Hall, 24 N. Wisconsin St.

Genoa City: Wednesdays, May 18, June 15, and July 13 from 3 to 4 p.m., street parking outside the Genoa City Village Hall, 715 Walworth St.

Lake Geneva: Wednesdays, May 18, June 15, and July 13 from 1:30-2:30 p.m., parking lot on the south side of Eastview Elementary School, 535 Sage St.

Fontana: Thursdays, June 9, June 30, and July 21 from 9 to 10 a.m., parking lot of the Fontana Village Hall, 175 Valley View Drive

Williams Bay: Wednesdays, May 18, June 15, and July 13 from noon to 1 p.m., parking lot of the Barrett Memorial Library, 65 West Geneva St.

Sharon: Thursdays, June 9, June 30, and July 21 from noon- 1 p.m., street parking in front of the Sharon Village Hall, 125 Plain St.

Walworth: Thursdays, June 9, June 30, and July 21st from 10:30-11:30 a.m., street parking in front of the Walworth Village Hall, 227 North Main St.
