Polls closed at 8 p.m. Follow results at the Walworth County Clerk's Web site HERE.

WALWORTH COUNTY -- Jim Conners and Scott Storms will advance to face each other in the April 6, 2010 general election for Lake Geneva mayor, according to vote totals release by City Clerk Diana Dykstra.

Conners received 537 votes and Storms received 274.

Frank Marsala was eliminated, receiving 207 votes. There were eight write-ins.

In the Lake Geneva Aldermanic District 2 race, Barbara Hartke advances with a vote of 104 along with Thomas Hartz who garnered 139 votes.

Penny Roehrer was eliminated with 44 votes, and Alan Kupsik received 23 votes.

The turnout in District 2 was high, at 41 percent.

In the mayoral race, 1,033 votes were cast, or 28 percent of registered voters.

In Delavan's primary election, incumbent mayor Mel Nieuwenhuis and Ron Siedelmann were the top voter-getters over John Finley.

In Elkhorn's mayoral primary, James M. Boardman Sr. and Howie Reynolds advance, defeating Gary Payson, Sr..

In the race for Circuit Court Judge, Branch 4, David Reddy and David Danz advance to the April 6 general election, over Mark Bromley and Scott Letteney.

In the town of Geneva, Larry Kulik and Gene Decker will face each other, after defeating James Pody.
