Test results returned: Driver in fatal crash had no alcohol in blood

GENEVA TOWNSHIP -- The man suspected in the crash Nov. 16 that killed 9-year-old Carter Dorwin had no alcohol in his blood, according to the Walworth County Sheriff's Office.
