Delavan man dead in Chicago shooting

CHICAGO -- A Delavan man was shot and killed Sunday afternoon in Chicago, however the shooter has not been identified. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Titus Mitchell, 23, of the 500 block of Autumn Drive was pronounced dead at 12:02 a.m. Monday at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to a Cook County Medical Examiner’s office spokeswoman.

While some organizations claim to be doing issue advocacy, they are actually doing electioneering. They should have to register as political action committees and follow the laws requiring disclosure of their donors.
