JEFFERSON Jefferson County Health Department officials announced Wednesday afternoon that they were opening up their H1N1 vaccination clinics to anyone who wants the vaccine. They still are encouraging people who are considered "high risk" to get vaccinated.
Gail Scott, director of the Health Department, told the Daily Union the office had seen a drop in the number of people coming to the H1N1 vaccination clinics and it was continuing to field requests from people who were not considered to be high risk.
