-- FRANKLIN STREET AT JANESVILLE STREET, WHITEWATER A vehicle driven by Ross H. Grossman, 19, Madison, collided in the intersection with a vehicle driven by Matthew J. Andrus, 21, of 551 N. Jefferson St., Whitewater, at 1:27 p.m. July 28. Grossman was reportedly transported to a local hospital, but his condition was unknown. He also was cited for failure to yield right of way while making a left turn.

-- MUHAMED ALI LIMANI, 25, of 415 N. Jefferson St., Whitewater, on July 26 on West North Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating a motorcycle on a permit after dark.

-- JOSEPH ROBBINS, 26, of 109 Elm St., Delavan, at 2:36 a.m. July 26 on Center Street at Wrigley Drive, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for speeding.

-- CHRISTOPHER HINTZ, 24, Shawano, at 2:32 a.m. July 26 on Main Street at Center Street, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for operating after suspension, operating without required lamps lighted and resisting an officer.

- MARTIN P. GARCIA, 40, Harvard, Ill., at 1:04 a.m. July 25, on Main Street at Devils Lane, Walworth. He also was cited for operating left of center.

-- GERALD M. WILCOX, 45, Waukesha, on July 25 on South Buckingham Boulevard, Whitewater.

-- UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY reported at 1:25 a.m. July 20, in the 1000 block of Wells Street, Lake Geneva. Twenty people, ages 16 to 19, were cited for underage drinking. Offenders' addresses included Oak Park, Ill., Palos Heights, Ill., Evergreen Park, Ill., Joliet, Ill., and Chicago. Timothy J. Collins, 23, Bolingbrook, Ill., was cited for resisting an officer, and John L. Uremovic, 23, Joliet, Ill., was cited for obstructing an officer.
